Beacon is currently working on the entitlements for Flora, an 89 unit multifamily development in La Quinta, CA. Beacon acquired the 10 acre Jefferson Square shopping center in late 2020 and has been working closely with tenants and the city to secure approvals for a multifamily project to be developed on the vacant 5 acre parcel that sits adjacent to the 39K SF shopping center that was originally developed by Regency Centers. Based on the evolving demand for additional residential product, Beacon has developed a horizontal mixed-use plan to integrate the multifamily community to the existing retail property.
